In conjunction with this business model, we have implemented a NEW Emergency Pager System that will be monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our technicians.
If your website hosted by us, or your dedicated server provided by us, are offline for some unknown reason, you can now page our technicans and they will investigate the issue immediately!
To use the new system simply go to http://knritsolutions.info and follow the process described to determine if your site/server is actually offline or if maybe your internet provider is having an issue. There is also a link on the main Technical Support Portal directly under the Live Chat (which is also a new feature!) on the right menu bar.
This is a simple process and requires no technical knowledge. The process is outlined step-by-step for you so just follow the steps and you will know whether you need to submit an emergency page or a regular support ticket.
